    1. Thanks for the kudos Nancy. When I submitted this recipe, the staff rejected it as being too simple. When they saw the photo though, they posted it. Funny thing is I really got lucky with the photo. I was moving a few things on the plate for the photo when the yolk broke. By the time I got the camera into position the yolk had perfectly drained out over the edge.
