Fried egg sandwich on light rye toast
This fried egg sandwich on rye toast is the perfect way to start your morning off with a hot breakfast. Simple to make. Less than 10 minutes.
- 1 egg
- 1 slice light rye bread ( Ranking Healthiest Breads )
- 1 slice cheese (Muenster or Swiss)
- Lightly toast 1 slice of rye bread.
- Fry 1 egg sunny side up
