Spinach tuna sandwich wraps

This light and healthy Spinach and Tuna sandwich wrap is a perfect lunch. Packed with healthy ingredients while never sacrificing the taste. Make a few today!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can tuna (packed in water)
  • 1 bunch fresh spinach (8 oz bagged)
  • 4 oz coleslaw mix
  • 2 dill pickle spears
  • 2 oz green olives (pitted)
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 Sandwich wraps (low carb)
  • 6 oz sliced Swiss cheese

Instructions
 

  • In mixing bowl, combine drained tuna, coleslaw mix, mayonnaise.
  • In food processor, chop spinach, olives, and pickles.
  • On each sandwich wrap, start with layer of cheese. Top with layer of spinach mix. Then a layer of tuna mixture.
  • Roll tightly and cut in half. Serve cold.

    I ran across this recipe on your site. First of all, this is a damn good recipe. Second, I don’t like tuna so I used shredded chicken when I made it. Third, all the different ingredients work so well together. I skipped the olives though…too salty for me.

    1. I am a heart patient so I use fish in many recipes but chicken is a perfect substitute Frank.
