Baked Cod in Miso Recipe Thoughts
We choose to top our cod fillets with corn in this recipe. Far too often, vegetables are dismissed as an afterthought in seafood recipes. The miso sauce adds a perfect savory flavor to our baked cod recipe.
Simple, yet elegant. Good job Bobguy. Do you have to add corn?
Of course you can skip the corn.
Thanks for the kind words Amy. And No, you don’t have to add corn. I am a big advocate of including veggies in your diet, so I would suggest trying it with the corn.
I agree Bobguy. We should pay more attention to vegetables in all of our recipes.
Thanks for the kind words. Finally, another veggie promoter. We veggie people have to stick together. 🙂
Yes…Another veggie lover. Actually, the corn makes it taste better in my opinion.
Love fish. This looks delicious. The corn on top might be a bit much for me. Still, this is a must do in my kitchen. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks. Enjoy the recipe. As far as the corn goes, I am a corn-aholic.
