Baked Cod in Miso Recipe Thoughts

We choose to top our cod fillets with corn in this recipe. Far too often, vegetables are dismissed as an afterthought in seafood recipes. The miso sauce adds a perfect savory flavor to our baked cod recipe.

    1. Thanks for the kind words Amy. And No, you don’t have to add corn. I am a big advocate of including veggies in your diet, so I would suggest trying it with the corn.

Love fish. This looks delicious. The corn on top might be a bit much for me. Still, this is a must do in my kitchen. Thanks for sharing.
